    After working with another large bank that took forever on a commercial refi and in the end offered us outrages rates, it was a breath of fresh air to work with knowledgeable people. Kelly and the rest of the team at First Citizens were quick and efficient and we closed on our building in a reasonable time frame. We are very happy with the rates they offered and their service. I highly recommend them.
